Antti Ronkanen

U-15 Coach

Antti Ronkanen joined the Rapids staff full-time in February of 2018. Ronkanen has worked with multiple age groups and currently is the head coach of the U-15 Academy team, playing a significant role in inducting players to the Rapids playing style, philosophy and training methodology.

Ronkanen was the head coach of the U-12 Academy (2007) team that lifted the prestigious U-12 Generation Adidas Cup in 2018 in Atlanta, GA.

Prior joining the Development Academy, Ronkanen worked at the Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club as a Select Program Director and a Player Development Specialist. During his time there, Ronkanen helped to build the Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club into one of the top talent developers in the Region.

In 2016-2017, Ronkanen served as the head coach of the 2004 Boys ODP team for Colorado Soccer Association.

Antti is originally from Äänekoski, Finland.
