The Colorado Rapids opened their second preseason camp with a win against UPSL side Sporting AZ on February 9 at Kino Sports Complex in Tucson.
"It's just another step forward," head coach Anthony Hudson said. "We are far from where we want to be, but I was pleased that at this stage we are able to get the whole squad 60 minutes under their belt. It was a positive in the sense that we are taking another step forward in the development of the team."
The next scrimmage for the Rapids will be against Phoenix Rising FC at the Phoenix Rising FC Soccer Complex in Scottsdale, Arizona.
