Colorado Rapids Soccer Club announced today that midfielder Micheal Azira has been loaned to Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC of the United Soccer League (USL). Per the Right of Recall incorporated in the loan agreement, the Rapids retain the right to recall Azira at any point during the remainder of the MLS regular season, subject to MLS roster compliance guidelines.
Azira, 30, has appeared in 66 matches, 59 from the start, since arriving to Colorado in 2016.
