Major League Soccer today announced that tonight’s match between the Colorado Rapids and the Seattle Sounders at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park has been postponed due to inclement weather. The safety of our players, referees, staff, and fans is of the utmost importance, therefore the match has been postponed to September 7 at 7:00 PM MT when the match can be safely contested.
A sincere apology goes out to both Colorado and Seattle fans for any inconvenience posed by this change. Ticket holders for this game will receive further communication from the club later today.
