The votes are in! Edgar Castillo is your Colorado Rapids HealthONE Player of the Month for July.
The 31-year-old wingback, known for his speed and attacking creativity, made five appearances playing a total of 415 minutes, all from the start in July. During that time, Castillo created eight chances and provided the helper on Nicholson's 40th minute equalizer against Seattle Sounders FC. Overall, the Las Cruces, New Mexico native made seven crosses and 77 defensive plays (duels, tackles, blocks, interceptions and clearances).
