The veteran wingback's tactical awareness and offensive runs provided a spark for the Rapids this month. The 31-year-old started all four matches playing a total of 360 minutes. During that time, Castillo took 13 percent of the teams shots, had a 74 percent passing accuracy, created 11 chances and made 65 defensive plays (duels, tackles, blocks, interceptions and clearances). He also won 83 percent of his tackles and had eight interceptions. In addition, Castillo forced an own goal against Portland on May 26.
