As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Colorado Rapids will be hosting their first Mental Health Awareness Night on Saturday, May 27 when Eastern Conference opponents FC Cincinnati visit altitude.
As part of the evening, the first team will be wearing their “New Day Kit” at home, which will feature custom numbers created by local artist and New Day Kit designer Pat Milbery.

Pregame Activities
4:30 P.M. Block Party
- Located in the VIP East lot on the south side of the stadium, the block party will feature a live DJ, drinks, and an LED wall that will stream the Rapids’ game live.
- The Block Party is free to the public, so bring all of your friends and family to amp up the gameday energy!
- Food trucks featured at the Block Party include Taco Braun, Hip Hop Popsicle, and Sugar Moon Bar.
5:30 P.M. The Dale's Bar Open
- Now open on the south end of the concourse, The Dale's Bar has got you covered on food and drink all night!
- Grab a hot dog at Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs, now open in Dale's Bar and Sections 102 & 103.
6:30 P.M. Gates Open
- During Mental Health Awareness Night our New Day Kit partners will be set up around the stadium spreading awareness and building their communities with the Rapids faithful--check them out before finding your seats!
- Head over to gate F before or after the game to see some awesome, mental health-themed, chalk art done by local artist Kyle Banister!
- Take the stairs between Sections 100 and 101 down to Pat Milbery's mural on the northeast wall of the stadium, where Milbery will be taking pictures with fans and handing out New Day scarves! Learn more about Pat's involvement with the New Day Kit design and launch here, as well as the message behind the mural.
- **Go4Graham**, a grassroots community dedicated to shredding the stigma around mental health, will be set up at section 105 before and during the game. Stop by and learn more about how you can become a certified Go4Graham Ambassador and help your Colorado community's mental health one step at a time.
- **Denver Park Trust** will be giving away brochures and t-shirts in Section 110, spreading awareness about their mission to promote the health benefits found through adding and improving parks in the community.
- Build a mental health kit with Project Helping! Check out their tent at Section 123 to assemble your own.
- Stop by Section 129 to complete puzzles with **Mental Health Colorado** and learn more about their movement to pass laws and change practices concerning Coloradans mental health.
- Fans that attended the 2023 Season Kickoff Party will recognize the New Day Boot Wall, created by Milbery and adorned with boots carefully designed by the artist to represent each member of the Rapids squad. Stop by Section 133 to check out the boots available for auction through this link or text MHA2023 to 76278. Auction will run from 5/27 at 7 p.m. to June 4 at 11:59 a.m.
- Tell us what makes your heart full! Head to the north bridge to add to our "My Heart is Full When" wall, also debuted at our Season Kickoff Party.
- Pick up your very own chant card and roster card (double-sided to function as a yellow card 😉) on your way in!
- While you wait for the game to start, visit any of our cashless concessions stands, official team stores, or The Dale's Bar.
7:25 PM: Pregame Procession Begins
- BE IN YOUR SEATS for the pregame countdown to kickoff to welcome your Rapids to altitude, donned in the New Day Kit for the first and only time at home this season. Don't miss our new hype videos, pyro and Altitude Warning as the Rapids step onto the pitch.
7:30 PM: KICKOFF vs FC Cincinnati
Postgame: Player Appearance at The Dale's Bar
- Head over to Dale's Bar to hang out with a member of our squad, grab some pics and get an autograph!
- No matter the result on the pitch, you'll always win with our postgame special at Dale's--a $5 12oz beer.

TICKETS: Single-game tickets are still available on the official Rapids site here.
PARKING: Parking at DSGP is free! Enjoy the game without having to pay any additional parking fees when you arrive.
HEALTH AND SAFETY: Effective February 23, 2022, all fully vaccinated individuals can attend events at DICK’s Sporting Goods Park without a face mask and it is encouraged that all unvaccinated individuals wear masks while at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park.
