After a week in Arizona, the Rapids returned to training at Dick's Sporting Goods Park on Tuesday morning with a few new faces.
All but one of the players that took part in the Tucson portion of preseason were at Colorado's morning session, including MLS Supplemental Draft Picks Brenton Griffiths and Marcello Castro, who first joined the group in Arizona. Joining them for his first practice was fellow Supplemental Draft Pick Machael David.
In addition, Colombian forward David Giraldo also arrived for a trial (pictured above). The 28-year-old had previously played in his native country with Once Caldas and Millonarios as well as in Brazil with Internacional de Porto Alegre.
Honduran forward Walter Martinez was released following his week trial with the Rapids in Tucson.
