Kortne Ford has been named among the Starting XI for MLS Team of the Week, following last Saturday’s 1-0 win at home over Sporting Kansas City. 

Ford scored his first-ever professional goal off a set piece 11 minutes into the match, which would end up being the loan goal and deciding factor at the final whistle.

The goal was an emotional one for Ford, as he explained in his post match interview below.
