Edgar Castillohas been named to the MLS Team of the Week presented by Audi after his stellar performance against the LA Galaxy on August 14.
The 31-year-old midfielder, hammered home his third goal of the season to tie the game in the 74th minute. Then, he delivered the helper to Niki Jackson's 82nd-minute equalizer to give the Rapids a point inside StubHub Center.
The Rapids return to action this Saturday against Real Salt Lake in the final leg of the Rocky Mountain Cup at DICK'S Sporting Goods Park where kickoff is slated for 7:00 PM. (Altitude)
