After posting eight shutouts en route to the fifth best record in Major League Soccer through July 31, it was the Colorado Rapids who were shut out of the MLS All-Star squad.

On Wednesday, MLS announced the 10 'inactive roster' players that completed the 2013 MLS All-Star 32-player squad. Per the League’s collective bargaining agreement, a minimum of 32 players are named annually to the League's summer showcase.

For the second consecutive year no Rapids players made the 32-man squad.

The ten inactive All-Stars were selected through voting by MLS players: Osvaldo Alonso (Seattle Sounders FC), Tally Hall (Houston Dynamo), George John (FC Dallas), Juninho (LA Galaxy), Justin Mapp (Montreal Impact), Javier Morales (Real Salt Lake), Jamison Olave (New York Red Bulls), Donovan Ricketts (Portland Timbers), Diego Valeri (Portland Timbers), Rodney Wallace (Portland Timbers).

These players are in addition to the MLS All-Stars gameday roster, which was announced by head coach Peter Vermes and MLS Commissioner Don Garber on July 15.

The Sporting KC coach selected all 11 of the original fan-voted All-Stars. Commissioner Garber selected Seattle Sounder FC’s homegrown defender DeAndre Yedlin and New York Red Bulls midfielder Tim Cahill as his Commissioner's picks.

The MLS All-Stars will take on Italian Serie A club, AS Roma, on July 31 at Sporting Park (live at 7 p.m. MT, ESPN2 and Unimas).

Goalkeeper: Raul Fernández (FC Dallas), Nick Rimando (Real Salt Lake)

Defenders: Corey Ashe (Houston Dynamo), Matt Besler (Sporting Kansas City), Tony Beltran (Real Salt Lake), Aurélien Collin (Sporting Kansas City), Omar Gonzalez (LA Galaxy), DeAndre Yedlin (Seattle Sounders FC)

Midfielders: Kyle Beckerman (Real Salt Lake), Patrice Bernier (Montreal Impact), Tim Cahill (New York Red Bulls), Brad Davis (Houston Dynamo), Will Johnson (Portland Timbers), Mike Magee (Chicago Fire), Graham Zusi (Sporting Kansas City)

Forwards: Marco Di Vaio (Montreal Impact), Thierry Henry (New York Red Bulls), Robbie Keane (LA Galaxy), Camilo Sanvezzo (Vancouver Whitecaps FC), Chris Wondolowski (San Jose Earthquakes)

Due to injury, Keane and Cahill were replaced last week by Landon Donovan (LA Galaxy) and Jack McInerney (Philadelphia Union), respectively.
