Luis Solignac’s first-ever goal for the Colorado Rapids helped carry the club to its second home win of the season, bringing the team’s record to 2-1-1. Following the dismissal of Toronto FC’s Benoit Cheyrou after the midfielder received two yellow cards in quick succession, Solignac converted a chipped pass from Marco Pappa into the eventual game-winner.

Solignac’s first goal for the Rapids landed the Argentine striker on this week’s ballot for MLS AT&T Goal of the Week, with him currently in the lead to win it all. See the rest of this week’s contestants below, and be sure to cast your vote for Solignac on MLSsoccer.com.
