- Forward Darren Yapi earns his first start of 2025 in Saturday's match. This is his 15th start of his MLS career and first since the Rapids' contest with Minnesota in September of 2024.
- Midfielder Ted Ku-DiPietro makes his first appearance on the Rapids' gameday roster after rehabilitating from injury since arriving to Colorado as an offseason signing from D.C. United.
- Saturday is midfielder Djordje Mihailovic's first appointment as team captain. The Designated Player leads the team in minutes played on the season (629) and has recorded two goals and two assists in seven games played.
- Defender Sam Vines makes his first start of 2025 and second appearance of the season after coming back from injury in last week's match with Vancouver.
- Nico Hansen is availble for selection off the bench for the first time since signing a first team contract earlier this week. The goalkeeper signed a semi-guaranteed first team contract through the 2025 MLS season with club options for 2026 and 2027.
