Shkëlzen Gashi has landed the HealthONE Player of the Month for May after giving a glimpse of his glorious best. After a testing start to the season, in which his minutes were limited due to injuries and illness, he marked his fourth start of the campaign with a brace in the 3-0 home win over San Jose Earthquakes on May 13. Gashi also went down in the books as the Week 11 AT&T Goal of the Week winner, for the second of his two goals against the Quakes.
