This match preview for the Colorado Rapids Special Olympics Unified Team is brought to you by Coca-Cola.
The Colorado Rapids Special Olympics Unified team will host their final match of the season this Saturday, August 25 at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park against Special Olympics Utah. The match will take place tentatively at 9:00 PM following the conclusion of the first team’s match.
The teams have received coaching, instruction and mentoring from both Colorado Rapids and Real Salt Lake players. The 11v11 match will feature two 20-minute halves and a five-minute halftime. The match is free and open to the public.

The last time the Rapids faced Real Salt Lake Unified was in August of 2016 at Real Tinto Stadium in Salt Lake City. The Rapids ended up falling 3-2 after a penalty shootout.
