DICK’S SPORTING GOODS PARK IN-STADIUM PROTOCOLS

The health & safety of our guests, staff, and athletes is always our top priority. These below protocols follow guidelines set forth by Centers for Disease Control (CDC), State of Colorado, Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, and Tri-County Health Department and comply with the protocols and health and safety measures mandated by Major League Soccer for conducting games with fans. These health & safety protocols are modified based on evolving standards, as well as public health and governmental directives.

All guests are required to comply with health and safety protocols listed below. Let’s keep each other safe and healthy.

Stadium Seating

  • Every guest will have a designated, ticketed seat.
  • No standing-room only tickets will be sold.

Digital Ticketing

Download the Altitude Presents mobile app prior to arrival at the stadium for easy access to gameday tickets. You can add your ticket to your mobile device (such as Apple Wallet or Google Pay) through the Altitude Presents mobile app. Please make sure every adult in your group has their own ticket on their mobile device.

If You’re Sick, Stay Home 

  • If you or any member of your party is feeling sick or has symptoms associated with COVID-19, please stay home, and do not come to DSGP.  
  • People who have COVID-19 symptoms should get tested right away and stay home except to get medical care.

No Re-Entry

  • DSGP has a no re-entry policy. Any guest that exits DSGP for any reason will not be permitted back into the stadium.

Restrooms

  • All restrooms will be open.
  • Where possible doors will be propped open.
  • Common touch points in restrooms will be disinfected throughout the game.  
  • Motion-activated faucets, soap dispensers, and other touchless fixtures have been installed in all restrooms throughout DSGP to reduce surface contact.

Food & Beverage

  • Food & beverage operations will maintain the highest standards of compliance with current health and safety regulations.
  • DSGP Concessions, Suites, and Premium locations are cashless. Guests may pay with debit, credit, GooglePay, Samsung Pay or ApplePay for their convenience. Cash will NOT be accepted at DSGP to purchase food and beverage.

Altitude Authentics

  • The Altitude Authentics Team Shop at DSGP will ONLY be open to ticketed fans during upcoming Colorado Rapids games.
  • Only debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Samsung pay will be accepted. NO CASH will be accepted at DSGP.

Health & Safety Signage

  • Venue signage featuring the most updated health & safety protocols (local, and State guidelines) is communicated throughout the venue in all Parking Lots, Gate Entrance locations, common concourse areas, and high-traffic areas.

Venue Cleaning and Disinfecting Protocols

  • All Public areas including but not limited to Entrance Gates, Seating Sections, Concourses, Stadium Restrooms, and Suites shall be disinfected with protocols and standards that meet or exceed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines prior to venue opening on event day. Application methods will include but not be limited to applied disinfectants, electrostatic sprayers, foggers, and battery-operated sprayers.  
  • All public facing areas will be fully sanitized prior to the venue opening for an event, throughout any event involving patrons, and following any event.  
  • During any event involving patrons, all regularly used public facing areas will be considered high-touch areas and will be regularly sanitized (door handles, handrails, push plates, entrance barricade, elevator buttons, point of sale terminals, and trash receptacle touch points).  
  • DICK’S Sporting Goods Park has earned the WELL Health-Safety Rating for its Soccer Stadium through the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing building and space types focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement and emergency plans to address a post-COVID-19 environment now and into the future.

Ticket Resale and Transfer 

  • Transfer and resale of tickets you purchase will be available. However, in order to maintain pod integrity, you must transfer or resell the entire seating pod to an individual buyer or members of a single household.

Assumption of Risk

  • You must follow all stadium policies, including health and safety policies and posted instructions while in the stadium and on stadium grounds.
  • An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, or any other contagious disease or sickness, exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
  • BY ENTERING DSGP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO (1) ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 AND ALL STRAINS, MUTATIONS AND VARIATIONS THEREOF, WHETHER KNOWN NOW OR IN THE FUTURE, BY VIRTUE OF YOUR PRESENCE AT DSGP AND (2) ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS REFERRED TO ON YOUR TICKET AND ONLINE HERE INCLUDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE VENUE’S HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES. THESE POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
