Cole Bassett has been named to the MLS Team of the Week (Week 6) presented by Audi following Saturday's hard-fought battle against Orlando City SC.
The 17-year-old midfielder curled home his first goal of the season in the 71st minute, just ten minutes after he tallying a beautiful assist on Nicolás Mezquida's equalizer. Overall, Bassett had a total of 36 passes with a 75% pass completion percentage and made 20 defensive actions. Furthermore, the midfielder led the Rapids in duels in their last game, underlining the impact he had on the game.
