NOTES:
- James Rogers (U-18s) played for the Rapids Reserves on Thursday, April 14 and then scored for the Reserves on Wednesday, April 19 at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. In between games for the Reserves he found the back of the net twice for the Rapids Development Academy team.
- Ricardo Perez (U-16s) also played for the Rapids Reserve team in Salt Lake on Thursday, April 14, then again in Colorado on Wednesday, April 19 and also appeared for and scored for the Rapids Academy Teams this past weekend.
