In his 10th season in Major League Soccer, defender Marc Burch was restricted to just eight appearances in 2015, the fewest since 2010 when at DC United. One of his eight starts came in the Rapids' first home win of the year, a 1-0 victory over Vancouver Whitecaps FC on May 23. He also featured in the home opener against New York City FC. The league veteran was a solid option at left back, with the team keeping clean sheets in three of his first four appearances. Burch made his final outing of the season at Vancouver on September 9.
